The Growth Fellowship is a 12-week growth marketing fellowship for emerging Nigerian talent. This policy explains how we handle information relating to this website and the fellowship application process.

When you apply for the fellowship, you submit information through our application form, which is hosted on Google Forms. This may include:

• information about your background, experience and work (such as links to your profiles or portfolio);
• your answers to the application questions.

The website itself does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers, and it does not create accounts or store passwords.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• review and assess your application;
• contact you about the status of your application and about the fellowship if you are selected;
• administer the fellowship programme if you take part.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Application responses are collected and stored by Google Forms, a service operated by Google. Google's handling of that data is governed by the

. The Growth Fellowship team accesses responses through Google's service in order to review applications.

Who can see your information

Only the people running The Growth Fellowship can view application responses. We do not share applicant information with any other third party, and application data is not published or made public.

How long we keep it

We keep application information only for as long as needed to assess applications and run the fellowship. Unsuccessful applications are retained only if needed for future cohort consideration; if you would like yours removed sooner, you can ask us (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted with your application at any time. To make a request, contact us through the application form or via the fellowship's LinkedIn page, using the email address you applied with so we can verify your identity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the application process changes. Any updates will be published on this page.
